Outcomes for Local Government Officials

Think about the four types of outcomes.  We will use early literacy education as an example of a community problem that both local government, schools, and the library may share an interest in solving.

  1. Knowledge - data, information, reports, observations
  2. Behavior - actions
  3. Attitude - beliefs and values
  4. Status - commitment and approach
