You may submit this as a word document or text file that you can use and edit for the course of the year. 

You are going to outline your story about the best possible outcome of your early literacy programs using what you have learned from our speakers and the prework. 

Use the techniques Marc showed you to complete a compelling narrative about your program, some ideas to help you do this are any good stats you learned, techniques you want to employ, facts from the pre-work, outreach you could start doing and partnerships you could grow.

Tell your story from the perspective of having successfully done these things and what your program does for the library, the community, the families, the children and you.
