The mission of the Phillips County Carnegie Library is to provide within the bounds of the resources and personnel, the best possible library service, to the residents of Phillips County, Montana. To provide recreational reading materials, accurate and current information and informal supplemental support for the educational, civic and cultural activities of the people in our area served by the Library through local library materials, local organization, interlibrary loan cooperation and participation in the Golden Plains Library Federation.
