Performance management is:

The ongoing process in which managers and employees regularly communicate to assess and review job responsibilities, expectations, performance and development strategies.

Cindy will discuss common pitfalls that get in the way of making the exercise meaningful and useful. You will leave with examples of performance management documentation and tools to use to enhance the process, so you and your employees will be eager to engage in conversations and grow from the experience.
