Course Information and Navigation
This session will allows attendees to learn about the emerging legal and operational issues facing libraries in Montana. Library leaders will learn about recent legislation and court decisions affecting libraries, Montana open meeting and public records laws, and the authority of library and school boards to adopt sound and effective library policies to ensure compliance with laws. Attendees will also learn about the Montana Library Assistance helpline program.
