Policies are guiding documents that attempt to balance the resources of the library with the demands of library users. They give staff guidance on how to respond to common challenges that arise in providing library services. In this session board members and the director will explore policies, policy development, and how to craft effective policies.
This session is available in person or virtually. Please contact Tracy Cook (TCook2@mt.gov), Cara Orban (corban@mt.gov), or Corey Sloan (cosloan@mt.gov) to schedule.
