Due Diligence

Take a few minutes to review your own board's policy manual. 

If you don't have access to policies in a publicly posted place such as your library's website, this is a good opportunity to find out how to access your policies and start the work of providing transparent and easy access for the public.

Best practice for libraries is to post policies on the library website.
