Where to get help

It is easy to get help with ASPeN.
This is done by opening a helpdesk ticket. Our helpdesk ticket system is monitored regularly and someone will usually respond soon.
It is best to open a ticket rather than send an email to an individual because there are back up people available to monitor tickets in case the primary technical support person is not available.
You can open a ticket from multiple access points:
- From the bottom of pages in the Services to Libraries section on the MSL Website

- Here on MSL Learn

- From within ASPeN.
All of these links go to the same place, the MSL Helpdesk. At the MSL Helpdesk you can open a ticket and connect with MSL staff who will help you.
