Participants will learn about how to create a written strategic plan that will help library leadership effectively prioritize and take action on the decisions that will help the library be successful for many years to come.

Pacing

This is a self-paced course. Our advice is to pace yourself! 

A good strategy is to do one section at a time and take a break after each Knowledge Check or reflection activity.

This course may include "page," "book," and "quiz" activities.

The quizzes include information from the preceding book.  You can "print" the book to use as a reference for the quiz or print for your reference.
